As a Level 3 employee, ITBP Driver pay structure includes a basic salary of Rs. 21,700, complemented by a Dearness Allowance of Rs. 8,246 (42% of basic pay) and a Transport Allowance ranging from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 45,000. Depending on location, House Rent Allowance varies between Rs. 5,859 and Rs. 8,000. After deductions for Provident Fund (Rs.2,994) and NPS (Rs. 2,604), total monthly gross ITBP Driver Salary 2024 stands at Rs. 35,805, leaving with an approximate in-hand salary of Rs. 30,208.
