SIDBI Recruitment Eligibility 2024

The common eligibility to apply online for SIDBI recruitment is that applicants should be Domcile of India, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees, or permanent Indians who migrated to other countries. • For Grade B Manager (General Stream) Vacancy –  The Bachelor Degree in any stream with 60% Marks (SC / ST PH 50% Marks) or Master Degree in any subject with 60% Marks (SC /ST / PH 55% Marks) from any recognized university in India. 5 Experience in a particular field is important.
• Grade B Manager (Legal Stream) Vacancy – Bachelor Degree in Law LLB with 50% Marks (SC / ST PH 45% Marks) and should enroll as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India. Must have 5 years of work experience.
• For Grade B Manager (Information Technology IT Stream) Vacancy – Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Communications) with 60% Marks (SC / ST PH 55% Marks) from Any Recognized University in India. Individual Should have 5 years of work experience.

SIDBI Salary 2024

SIDBI Grade A Salary – Officer like an assistant manager under Grade A level earns more than Rs. 44,500 as basic pay. An increase in salary starts after 4 years which helps appointed candidates with more salary. Atlast final salary reaches upto Rs. 91, 550 with dearness allowance, house rent allowance, and other perks.

Grade B Salary – all those who are appointed under Grade B level at Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) get a basic in hand salary of Rs. 55200. After 9 years the increment in salary starts and it goes upto Rs. 1,15,000. Salary also includes dearness allowance, house rent allowance, and other allowances.
